Australian war veteran, entrepreneur and THE ‘OG’ RENOVATOR.
My career thus far has given me incredible experience and has provided me with a unique depth of knowledge, not just within the physical training and exercise realm but I believe more importantly the human behaviour realm.
As a subject matter expert within both areas built through a family history of being born into the Australian Defence Force and across all services as a physical training instructor, I have developed a formula and framework that is ground-breaking within the group exercise environment.
This was highlighted in Afghanistan whilst on deployment when I got a 4-star general commendation for improving people’s welfare through physical movement and nutrition advice.
More recently, and to this day - this intuition and experience are utilized within multiple clubs of the NRL such as the Brisbane Broncos, South Sydney Rabbitohs, and the Dolphins where I have held pre-season camps and personal development sessions.
Through all of this experience, The Renovator was Born.
It is a systematic, easy flowing exercise structure that is delivered with deep intuition safely. The combination of my skills and insights resulted in this unique methodology and approach to physical training.
